In the wake of the #MeToo movement, I identified a critical gap in how corporations handled workplace misconduct claims. The fundamental issue wasn't just process failure but a structural problem—internal teams lacked both the specialized expertise and perceived neutrality needed for sensitive investigations.
Therefore, I designed a comprehensive Workplace Misconduct Investigation-as-a-Service solution that included four elements: Prevention training, Violence Assessments, Policy and Guidelines Design, and a Private Investigation Council.
Silver Screen Safety: Industry Standards for Film Production
My team and I also identified the need for workplace harassment prevention, specifically in the film industry. However, this sector required not only investigation services but also a comprehensive standard of operation with visible accountability to prevent misconduct. I designed a safety standards system for film productions that integrated Industry safety standards, a weekly support model, a certification Badge Program, and training components.
Diversipedia: Scaling Violence Prevention Education
Even though we provided in-person harassment prevention training, it was difficult to scale, and it presented scheduling challenges, especially for the film industry. I understood that an accessible, culturally relevant digital training platform could transform violence prevention education across multiple sectors while providing verifiable compliance.
Hence, I designed Diversipedia, the first comprehensive Spanish-language violence prevention platform that now offers courses in the US, Colombia, Spain, Peru, and Mexico.
PolicyMind: AI-Powered Policy Development Platform
Policy development has traditionally been a fragmented, inefficient process. Policymakers needed a database and an intelligent system that could contextualize global best practices for local implementation and predict outcomes.
To help the policymaking process, I created PolicyMind, an AI-powered platform to transform policy development through an intuitive interface that helps policy analysis and the decision-making process.
