My strength lies in bringing together multidisciplinary teams—designers, engineers, policy experts, technologists, and domain specialists—and creating collaborative environments where their diverse perspectives converge into breakthrough solutions.

My professional journey has been guided by a fundamental belief: that thoughtfully designed solutions create meaningful impact when they're built on deep understanding of human needs and business realities. Whether developing Equity Chain's approach to workplace misconduct investigations, scaling Diversipedia across 13 countries, or creating AI-powered policy tools through PolicyMind, I've focused on balancing innovation with practical implementation. What energizes me most is witnessing how well-designed solutions can transform challenges into opportunities—and building the teams and business models that bring those solutions to life.

I hold a Master's in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a degree in Political Science from Universidad Iberoamericana, and I am a candidate for an Executive MBA at MIT's Sloan School of Management. I am also a mom of two girls and a dog called "Keete".
