As our work with film productions expanded, we identified some limitations in our training approach: 

• In-person training was resource-intensive and difficult to scale
• Weekly sessions during film production created scheduling challenges
• No comprehensive violence      prevention training existed in Spanish or Latin American contexts
• Organizations needed verifiable      compliance for all employees
• Cultural nuances in harassment and discrimination require region-specific content

I designed Diversipedia.org, the first comprehensive Spanish-language violence prevention platform that offers industry-specific learning paths, interactive scenario-based learning, multimedia content formats, progress tracking and assessment, and mobile and desktop accessibility.

Diversipedia's team also creates culturally relevant content considering regional cultural contexts, industry-specific scenarios, practical intervention techniques, local legal frameworks, and power dynamics in Latin American workplaces.

The platform has an automated certification system that serves as an accountability mechanism due to its organizational compliance dashboards and exportable compliance reporting.
